Recruit, interview and hire new talent, including drafting offer letters of employment, and conduct New Hire Orientation and Benefits overview.
Lead recruiting efforts for all management and administrative positions throughout the organization.
Objectively coach employees and management through routine and complex employee relations matters. Investigate employee concerns, evaluate and offer possible resolution, and provide work-related advice, guidance and direction to resolve employee relations issues.
Maintain consistent communication with all employees for HR, Benefits or ESOP related topics, building rapport and positive working relationships.
Provide employees support with benefits and billing questions and concerns.
Track, administer and process leaves of absences for the Company.
Respond to notifications from state agencies for employment related matters.
Plan and help facilitate 401(k) and Benefits Open Enrollment meetings for all locations.
