Production Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure efficient operation and compliance with quality standards. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to verify conformity to specifications and identify any defects or deviations. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or operational issues, escalating complex problems to maintenance or engineering staff as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including production logs, quality inspection reports, and equipment maintenance records. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries in the manufacturing environment. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate production schedules, address production challenges, and achieve production targets. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements, participating in lean manufacturing activities, and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and quality. Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to manufacturing processes, equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
