Coordinate lab analysis and recommendations with operations. Daily requirements include start of shift meeting with all workshops, the verification of correct data, attendance of team members. The  analyzing trends to predict production outcomes, inventory of raw material, recruitment, and retention of staff, and maintaining close interaction with the Maintenance Manager, Quality Manager and Warehouse. Manager. Maintains existing plant facilities and equipment, replacing or adjusting plant facilities and equipment when necessary.
