The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including document management, payroll processing, spreadsheet creation, and benefits administration. Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for spreadsheet creation and data analysis. strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of payroll processing procedures and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with training activities.
