Oversee bi-weekly payroll for 140+ full-time and 40+ temporary employees (ADP Workforce Now experience required). This includes processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees (predominantly hourly). Analyze workforce data, including attrition rates, demographics, and other statistics, using strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and Power BI) to generate insightful reports. Champion a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of mutual respect where everyone feels valued. Lead employee investigations and maintain positive legal compliance to minimize risk. Conduct employee orientations and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role. strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems and Power BI a plus. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage competing priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A "hands-on" approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
