Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling appointments for attorneys with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in legal matters. Court Docket Management: Monitoring and tracking court deadlines, including filing deadlines, discovery deadlines, hearings, and trials, to ensure compliance and avoid scheduling conflicts. Meeting Coordination: Arranging and scheduling meetings, conference calls, and video conferences for attorneys with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Communication Liaison: Serving as a point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other relevant parties to coordinate meetings and appointments. Deadline Management: Reminding attorneys of upcoming deadlines, court appearances, and important events to ensure timely preparation and attendance. Conflict Resolution: Resolving scheduling conflicts, prioritizing appointments, and adjusting calendars as necessary to accommodate urgent matters or changing priorities. Travel Arrangements: Assisting with travel arrangements for attorneys, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and managing travel itineraries.
