Manage, negotiate, and communicate all pricing costs with material and service vendors. Develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors and the field operations team. Manage and oversee daily operations are being met in the purchasing department. Approve new material and service vendors. Set up new material and service vendors in NetSuite. Review daily purchase requests submitted by the field operations team. Generate and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in NetSuite from the field’s purchase requests and track accordingly to ensure timely deliveries of materials. Communicate with the field operations team on status and estimated arrival of shipments. Collect material receipts from the field and receiving the orders into NetSuite. Monitor temp labor hours and communicate with the field operations team and vendor to ensure there is no overtime. Verify with the temp agency that current temp labor can be hired on and communicate with the field operations team and human resources. Request and process business licenses. Work closely and in collaboration with field leaders. Leverage volume for national deals that reduce overall cost and provide value.
