Reporting to the External Reporting Director, you will play a key role in driving external reporting and technical accounting activities. You will also own the US accounting operations. In this highly visible role, you will be a technical expert who prescribes guidance and educates the broader team on accounting topics. Ensure compliance with SEC and Hong Kong reporting rules through the accurate and timely filing of required documents.Stay current on all pending/new accounting and regulatory requirements. Participate in the implementation, development, and maintenance of policies and procedures as needed.Participate in the evaluation and determination of significant and complex transactions and how financial statements and related disclosures will be impacted.
