Business Development Executive Barbara Haith Joins Tatum as Client Services Partner for New England
Haith Brings More Than Two Decades of Sales and Professional Services Expertise to New Role
BOSTON, August 6, 2015 – Tatum, a Randstad company and leading interim services and executive consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Barbara Haith as client services partner in the New England region.
Haith brings to this role more than 20 years of experience selling and delivering professional services and workforce solutions to the middle market and Fortune 1000 companies nationally, addressing critical times of transition, transaction and transformation. Throughout her career, she has developed strong relationship management skills, a track record of helping clients achieve measureable improvements and demonstrated talent for revenue generation. This experience will prove beneficial in maintaining and developing relationships with Tatum clients across New England.
Prior to joining Tatum, Haith served as director of Business Solutions for Accounting Management Solutions, Inc., assisting middle market clients in refining and strengthening their back office infrastructures and practices. She previously worked for ZeroChaos as vice president of Business Solutions, leading sales for the company’s vendor-neutral managed services programs (MSP) and customized recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions. She also served as vice president of Business Development for TAC Worldwide, delivering the MSP and RPO solutions that helped companies in New England connect with IT and engineering talent. Moreover, Haith was vice president of Sales for Veritude, a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments, providing outsourced talent acquisition and talent management services. In addition to her extensive professional experience, Haith received a Bachelor of Science in organizational development from Lesley University.
