Andrew Speer, president of technology solutions for Randstad Technologies, will discuss how leading enterprises are managing talent shortages in high-growth areas like mobility, cloud and data analytics, as well as key trends in outsourced project management, emerging talent development programs and workforce management. 

Speer has more than 20 years’ experience partnering with IT leaders to solve unique challenges through technology talent and solutions. He is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the solutions business for Randstad Technologies. In addition, he serves as the head of the commercial division of B2B Workforce, Randstad Technologies’ ERP/Enterprise Application specialty brand. Prior to his current role, Speer was the Vice President of Delivery for Technisource, where he lead the Technology Solutions division, Field Operations, National Recruiting, National Accounts and was responsible for strategy execution and transformation. Over the years, Speer has been honored with multiple distinguished service awards, and was the two-time recipient of the Manager of the Year by ARC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Sonoma State University, has been quoted in many industry leading publications and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
