As group president, Bolt will oversee and optimize internal operations while guiding high-level strategic initiatives to further business development and growth of the Randstad Professionals and Tatum brands. Additionally, she will apply her industry expertise to ensure Randstad continues to deliver innovative value and unmatched customer satisfaction to businesses across the country. Prior to joining Randstad, Bolt served as senior district president for Robert Half Canada which, for well over a decade, also included a U.S. based operation. Under her direction, Canada's market share increased significantly to deliver consistent top tier results for the organization.
