That decision really depends on the unique needs of your business. At a high level, of course, there are general scenarios where temp or temp-to-hire placements make sense — for example, if you know a vacancy will last for only a short time, or when you're uncertain about your business needs or the types of candidates you want. Temp and temp-to-hire placements come with less commitment, so you have more time to evaluate candidates and see if they’re the right fit.

On the other hand, if you're primarily concerned about turnover, or if you're looking to fill a leadership role, a direct hire is likely the way to go. It'll give you access to a larger network of potential candidates, plus a talent pool that includes both passive and active job seekers.

Whatever path you choose, we'll help you achieve your goals.
