We are seeking a-Customer Service Representative-to join our clients team! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supplying proper application, pricing, and
delivery/expediting, ordering and technical information to our customers. The representative will be the liaison between our external customers and Marketing, Sales and Operations.
In this role you will:
Provide pricing and delivery quotations and specifications of products via phone, e-mail and web inquiries.
Finalize and enter customer orders
Act as a liaison and support between customers and the Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing departments
Promote company growth by providing world class service to customers handling all inquiries received
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Ability to work in a team environment, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
- Microsoft Office proficiency
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in a technical or business related field preferred.
1- 3 years of customer service experience, in a technical and/or manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working in complex database and with sales and service is preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Spanish a plus but successful candidate need not be bilingual
