Tatum Professional Search is assisting a financial services firm with their search for an Accounting Manager.

responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy
- Oversee accounting daily operations, manage 2-3 accounting staff
- Monitor and analyze accounting data
- Regularly produce financial reports or statements, income and balance sheet analysis, month end reports, GL detail
- Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Perform and oversee annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Meet financial accounting objectives
qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting field, and 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent knowledge and experience with multiple ERP systems, accounting software and databases
- Ability to multitask
- Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
