responsibilities:

• 11 Direct reports (5 Senior Accountants, 5 Accounting Clerks, 1 Accounting Manager)
• Training, mentoring, coaching Staff
• Audit, oversee, and approve A/P and A/R
• Maintain, review, and manage monthly financial statements and reports
• Review, oversee, and audit Reconciliations
• Month-end, Quarter-end, Year-end
• Create databases for all properties as needed
• Problem-Solving
• Analysis
• Coordinate ad hoc project
• Cash Accruals
• Cash basis
• Work closely with external CPA

 
qualifications:

• Experience managing a large team
• Mature/diplomatic leader
• Strong GAAP
• Multiple entities
• Property Management Accounting
• 1+ years experience at the Assistant Controller level or higher
• Yardi
• Quickbooks
