The e-Billing Coordinator will support the Revenue Operations Manager and E-Billing Manager as it relates to the Firm's e-Billing processes
Responsible for general ebilling tasks, including:
Proactively seek and identify enhancements to the e-billing process
Maintain documentation of existing processes
Provide training, as necessary, to impacted parties
The E-Billing Coordinator will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or previous e-Billing experience in a law firm or professional services company is preferable but not essential
At least three years of professional services billing experience, in addition to at least one year of relevant e-billing experience is required
The E-Billing Coordinator is expected to perform all job duties with a commitment to providing superior service while producing a high quality work product
