- Direct supervision of 4 staff members
- Assume all plant accounting & finance responsibilities
- Will be in charge of the monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting suite
- Oversee the general ledger in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Work with outside auditors to complete yearly compliance
- Manufacturing ERP system experience
- Strong understanding of cost accounting
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic skills
