Production Supervisor - $80,000 to $90,000 plus bonus

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for-

responsibilities:
- Team and production management: Supervise and coach production staff, create and manage production schedules, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Quality assurance: Monitor production performance to ensure it meets quality specifications and standards.
- Safety and compliance: Enforce safety procedures, train employees on safe practices, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, such as GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Operational oversight: Monitor and maintain production equipment, manage inventory levels, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Reporting and analysis: Analyze production data, generate performance reports, and use the information to identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-solving: Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address production inefficiencies and personnel issues.
qualifications:
Our client seeks a candidate with prior Production Management / Supervisory experience within a manufacturing and / or contract manufacturing company.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing in a "hands on supervisory role" is STRONGLY preferred
