We're looking for a hands-on Controller to lead all accounting operations for a $70M revenue manufacturing company that is actively executing an aggressive M&A strategy.
This is not a "sit on the sidelines" job. We need a leader who is deeply involved in the day-to-day while shaping the future of the finance function.

What You'll Be Leading (Your Core Responsibilities)
- Financial Command Center: Own the full, end-to-end month-end close procedures. Accuracy and speed are critical due to our PE-backed mandate for flawless financial reporting.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and develop a dedicated team of 7 finance professionals, spanning AP, AR, Senior Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Analysis.
- Cash is King: Be the guardian of our daily liquidity, overseeing Banking ACH/Wires and performing critical Cash Forecasting.
- System Savvy: Experience with NetSuite is a huge plus! You'll help us leverage our systems for optimal efficiency and reporting.
- Growth Accelerator: Be ready to integrate new businesses! Any prior experience with M&A accounting/integration is a significant bonus, but the ability to adapt to rapid change is mandatory.
