responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Organizes and effectively executes instrumental testing;
- Interacts with and provides instructions to panelists in a clinical research setting;
- Responsible for data collection/organization and processes data for analysis;
- Maintains instrumentation and laboratory equipment and ensures proper operation/maintenance documentation;
- Responsible for data entry and spreadsheet maintenance for project tracking;
- Prioritizes projects workload with supervisor, performs project tracking and scheduling;
- Maintains laboratory notebook in accordance with standard operating procedures;
qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Non-degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience; OR Associates with 2-3 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelors with 1-2 years in relevant course/work experience; preferred areas of study include Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science or related fields;
- Must be willing to perform routine lab work on a daily basis, experience running lab equipment is useful;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written/oral), and organizational skills are required
- Strong teamwork skills are required
- Must have experience with data entry, experience with image analysis, mechanical testing, and data analysis is useful;
- Experience with hair, hairstyling, or cosmetology is a plus;
- Must be proficient with Windows and software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
