responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage and mentor Maintenance Technician and Engineering teams, ensuring peak performance across production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
- Innovation & Automation: Lead process optimization initiatives, automation upgrades, and technology retrofits to maximize throughput and cycle times.
- Reliability & Compliance: Develop robust preventive/predictive maintenance programs and oversee equipment calibration to ensure 100% audit readiness and cGMP compliance.
- Capital Projects: Serve as the technical lead for equipment selection, installation, and commissioning during facility expansions.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement, manage departmental budgets, and foster a culture of safety and excellence.
qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant high-level technical certification.
- Experience: 5+ years of maintenance leadership in pharmaceutical or biotech environments (3+ years in general manufacturing).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven expertise with Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) equipment and aseptic/cleanroom operations.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in mechanical/electrical systems, HVAC, and troubleshooting complex automated machinery.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and adapt to shifting priorities.
