responsibilities:
- Perform routine potency assay sample testing and cell culture maintenance to support product development.
- Implement fit-for-purpose analytical potency methods for release testing, stability testing, and product investigations.
- Generate and analyze high-quality analytical data to support regulatory submissions and product optimization.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies while operating specialized tools such as plate readers, centrifuges, and automated liquid handlers.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for all analytical updates and data interpretation.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree and 2 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience.
- Proficiency in cell culture and precise pipetting techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to operate laboratory equipment (e.g., microscopes, plate readers).
- Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
