responsibilities:
- Perform sterile mammalian cell culture and support viral vector production workflows for AAV and lentiviral systems.
- Execute protein purification and characterization experiments using AKTA systems and related analytical methods.
- Conduct molecular and cellular assays including Western blotting, Flow cytometry, and other vector characterization techniques.
- Maintain accurate electronic laboratory notebooks and document experimental procedures in compliance with laboratory standards.
- Support general laboratory operations, organization, and equipment maintenance.
qualifications:
Required:
- Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 4 years of experience.
- Proven hands-on wet lab experience utilizing sterile mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques.
- Direct practical experience with viral vectors (AAV and/or lentiviral systems).
- Proficiency in analytical and cell-based assays such as Western blotting and Flow cytometry.
- 2-3+ years of Biotech experience.
- Proficiency in protein purification and characterization techniques, including the operation of AKTA systems.
