The role involves applying extensive technical expertise to lead and innovate in complex engineering projects, serving as the primary technical contact while managing teams, developing documentation, and overseeing multiple project phases with a focus on continuous improvement and self-development.

responsibilities:
- Demonstrates unique technical skills and applies engineering principles to lead complex projects.
- Develops technical documentation including designs, reports, and testing calculations.
- Provides field engineering oversight for activities like installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinates multiple projects or phases including research, design, procurement, and installation.
- Represents the organization during the bid process, including document preparation and technical evaluations.
- Resolves complex technical/business issues effectively through various communication methods.
- Mentors less experienced engineers and is responsible for ongoing self-development in technical skills.
- Leads activities related to budgeting, estimating, and work order management for engineering projects.
