A Logistics Specialist is needed for a Swiss multinational manufacturing company for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and nutrition sectors, in the Vacaville, CA area. This role evaluates and improves operational processes and organizational structures to boost efficiency and productivity.

- Assess current operational methods and workflows for effectiveness.
- Conduct audits of policies, procedures, and systems to identify inefficiencies.
- Recommend revisions to procedures, forms, and reports to enhance productivity.
- Evaluate material handling, equipment setup, and office layouts for optimization.
- Propose simplification strategies or computer system improvements.
- Suggest organizational changes to prevent functional overlap or duplication.
- Provide actionable recommendations for structural and process improvements.
