We are looking for an en experienced individual with an extensive background in thermal engineering and business development, who will act as the US commerical and technical lead, responsible for both driving new sales growth and transition complex engineering data between US customers and overseas development teams.

responsibilities:
- Serve as primary US technical and commerical contact for e-compressor customers
- Lead technical activities, including planning executing, and analyzing tests, and translating results into clear recommendations for both customers and engineering teams abroad
- Drive proactive new business development by identifying opportunities, creating value-based proposals, and closing sales
- Prepare and present technical documentation and represent the company at industry and customer meetings
- Build and lead a new US-based team focused on e-compressor commericial engineering development
