In this role you will lead the implementation and optimization of controls, applications, and equipment health systems in Body Weld facilities while managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement.

You are required to bring a degree in Industrial, Controls, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and project management skills. Experienced with PLCs, SCADA, application servers, industrial controls, and equipment health systems, and can work flexible hours, including overtime and shutdowns, to support projects.

responsibilities:
- Implement and support Controls, Applications, and Health systems in Body Weld operations
- Manage projects end-to-end, including scheduling, budgeting, and execution to meet business and production goals.
- Research and apply industry best practices in industrial controls, automation, and system health monitoring.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards, operating procedures, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with plant teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to technical teams and executive management.
