An industry leader in design, deployment, and support of high-performance wireless networks and solutions, is seeking a virtual Customer Services Manager, who will lead and stratefically manage the daily operations of the post-sale customer service team.
This is a fully remote position within the US, requiring occassional travel (proximity to a major airport is preferred)

responsibilities:
- Responsible for fulfilling maintenance contracts, providing Tier 2/3 technical support for public safety and private wirless networks, and mentoring the team
- Key duties involve defining best practices, tracking KPIs, and ensuring all communication and service standards are met in a high pressure, detail-oriented setting
- 5 years of experience in a 24/7/365 SLA teleccomunications environment
