The Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift (3p to 1130p) would be responsible for the repairing and regular maintenance of equipment such as plastic injection molding, conveyors, dryers, grinders, loaders and other related machinery.

responsibilities:
- Machine Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance (PM) on injection molding machines, covering electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Perform PM and repairs on all equipment related to injection molding.
- Auxiliary Equipment Repair:
- Repair auxiliary equipment (e.g., mold heaters, dryers, loaders, grinders, and conveyors).
- This includes dismantling, cleaning, and replacing worn or defective parts and assemblies.
- Logistics & Documentation:
- Dismantle devices as needed to access and replace defective parts
- Research part availability and initiate purchase orders for necessary repair parts.
- Facility & Improvement:
- Perform general building maintenance as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including LEAN and High-Performance Teams (HPT).
