Electrical Systems Engineer for a leading provider of communications solutions based near Pompano Beach, FL. Positions is responsible to drive the design, development, and integration of electrical systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering is ideal)
- Must have at least four (4) years of experience in the design, development, and integration of electrical systems
- Experience working within a government regulated environment
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Integrated communications experience
- Active security clearance

responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and trace system and subsystem requirements
- Ensure all designs meet customer specifications, industry standards (e.g., ABYC, ABS), and regulatory compliance (e.g., USCG)
- Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques (e.g., SysML) to model complex systems
- Develop, validate, and manage product-level system/subsystem requirements and architectures and ensure system integration
- Performs analysis, simulation, design, and delivery of systems.
- Manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
