Are you a Senior Estimator with a deep, specialized expertise in structural concrete packages? We're looking for an experienced leader to drive our high-volume bidding efforts, manage large-dollar proposals, and mentor junior estimators. This role is critical to our pre-construction success, requiring both technical precision in concrete estimating and proven ability to negotiate and close deals. You will manage the entire bid lifecycle-from detailed quantity survey and vendor negotiation to the final handover to our operations team.

responsibilities:
- Lead all estimating efforts exclusively for structural concrete trade packages, including foundations, slabs, vertical forms, reinforcement, formwork systems, and specialized concrete pours
- Proactively manage a robust pipeline of bids, responding to ITBs from multiple major General Contractors.
- Develop detailed labor, material, and equipment budgets
- Scrutinize drawings and specifications to identify all scope items, exclusions, and potential risks specific to complex concrete packages
- Contact and negotiate pricing with key suppliers, including concrete suppliers, rebar fabricators, and specialized equipment vendors
- Oversee and complete detailed Quantity Survey Take-offs
- 10+ years of estimating experience, with a Commercial Concrete Subcontractor or a self-performing General Contractor
- Specialization: 8+ years of intense, specialized experience estimating structural concrete components for vertical construction (high-rises, parking decks, large commercial pads) is mandatory
- Proven ability to manage and successfully close concrete bids over $10 Million in value
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard takeoff software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field and 8 years of related experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
