An E and C Engineer is needed for a utility holding company in the Minneapolis, MN area. A Civil Engineer role focused on the design, development, testing, and construction support of systems and structures, primarily within Wind, Solar, and BESS Renewable Energy projects.

responsibilities:
- Design, model, develop, and test machines, structures, or systems.
- Develop functional requirements.
- Understand and apply standard engineering principles.
- Create simulations and prototypes to evaluate designs and test operation.
- Design and test components, integrate components into a final product.
- Monitor product quality and control process efficiency.
- Evaluate design effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety.
- Investigate root causes of failures to maintain quality and recommend improvements.
