Key qualifications include, 1+ years of experience as an elctrician, A Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Pre-Apprentice), LVL 2 First Aid and a white Card. A-Grade Electrical License and EWP ticket is preferred.

responsibilities:
- Solar Installation: The primary goal is to install Retail and Commercial solar energy systems in line with Flex's quality standards, legislative requirements, and industry best practices.
- Safety Compliance (WHS): Strictly adhere to WHS policies by conducting daily Job Site Assessments (JSA)/toolbox meetings, identifying and reporting hazards, and always wearing and maintaining required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Quality and Customer Experience: Act as a key representative of Flex by ensuring high-quality installations are completed on time, leaving the customer premises neat and tidy, and providing a superior customer experience through polite and effective communication.
- Technical Knowledge: Maintain a current understanding of all product technical details, specifications, and performance to ensure installations meet supplier specifications, Australian regulations, and Flex quality standards.
- Inventory and Equipment Management: Be accountable for the security of inventory in possession, return all unused inventory, and properly maintain all equipment and tools utilized in the installation process.
