Our client, a leader in critical power solutions, is looking for an Operations Trainer in the Columbia, SC location for their1st shift 7am-3:30pm and second 3:30pm-12am M-F. Key qualifications include two or more years of experience with critical power, building infrastructure (Switchgear), and low voltage systems. An Associate's degree or relevant experience is required.

responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Training: Create, support, and audit standard work and training practices across all sites to ensure high-quality and calibrated instruction.
- Employee Coaching and Development: Train, coach, and develop employees, particularly those in the Trainer/Operator position, to ensure their success and support organizational readiness.
- Documentation and Improvement Support: Provide support and documentation expertise for Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) events, including editing standard work and suggesting effective training tools.
- Site Uniformity and Communication: Assure uniform assimilation of equipment, processes, and products within the site, and act as a liaison for "Best Practice" communication across sites.
- Administrative and Project Duties: Manage individual training tracking, update area Training Boards weekly, publish necessary communications, and manage cross-functional projects.
