A Support Manager is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. This role ensures smooth end-to-end processing of direct ship parts orders to boost dealer/customer satisfaction and parts sales growth.

responsibilities:
- Ensure end-to-end flow of direct ship orders from entry to invoice.
- Improve dealer and customer satisfaction and promote parts sales growth.
- Resolve dealer issues and increase ease of doing business.
- Be operational experts in direct ship and provide training/communication.
- Improve internal efficiencies and processes related to direct ship.
- Work in a case management tool for order transmission and invoicing.
- Provide support to suppliers for direct ship orders and parts.
- Provide parts customer support to the field organization.
- Work with various internal and field departments to research, track, and resolve dealer and fleet issues.
- Proactively fix systems/processes to increase satisfaction and reduce support contacts.
- strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain the fast paced, demanding environment.
- Knowledge of parts sales distribution network and transaction process.
- Demonstrated computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Products.
- Proficient in communication, both written and verbal.
- Highly skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Individual must be a highly motivated self-starter.
- BS or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years relevant work experience.
- Experience with direct dealer and customer communication.
- One year dealer and customer service experience preferred.
- Experience dealing directly with people and problem solving.
