A Construction Project Manager is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation in the Huntsville, AL area. The role involves managing contractors, serving as the external liaison, and escalating issues to deliver quality, predictable capacity.

responsibilities:
- Ensure project execution is safe, on schedule, and within budget.
- Assist in managing Type F Build, network, and retrofit projects.
- Responsible for supporting all scope aspects: safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, on-site contractors, and installers.
- Manage day-to-day activities with General Contractors and Telecom Partners.
- Drive solutions to preserve business unit goals and KPIs.
- Serve as the point of contact for external partners (GC, Trade Partners, Suppliers).
- Provide input into constructability and assist with project schedule creation/maintenance.
- Escalate key issues for coordination with Campus Construction Management and Facilities Operations.
- Must demonstrate strengths in project management, problem solving, partnership, leadership, and behavioral skills.
- Proven experience managing general contractors and trade partners.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud) is a plus.
- strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with large-scale project delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management (preferably large-scale, $100M+).
