A Electronics Technician is needed for a company that manufactures and sells marking, tracking and computer printing technologies in the Germantown, MD area. This role requires 0-3 years of experience, a technical certification or Associate's degree, proficiency in electronics testing equipment, PCB rework (including 0201 components), and Electrical/RF testing to support engineering design decisions and product modification.

responsibilities:
- Apply electrical and electronic theory and related knowledge, usually under the direction of engineering staff, to design, build, repair, calibrate, and modify electrical components, circuitry, controls, and machinery for subsequent evaluation and use by engineering staff in making engineering design decisions.
- Final training as electronics technician or communications technician or similar.
- Experience with control panel construction, construction of mobile radio or similar.
- May require an Associate's degree or technical school certification.
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Explorer etc.).
- Ability to work accurately, to be adept in technology.
- To have experience with elements of mobile radio technology.
- Team oriented, fast learner.
- Must understand Standard Electronics Testing using common Electronics Test Equipment such as Oscilloscopes, DVMs, Spectrum Analyzer, thermocouples.
- Must be capable of Printed Circuit Board Rework/Soldering-components including 0201 chip components and assembly and disassembly of company products.
- Must be capable of Electrical/RF Testing, following test plans, providing test reports and supporting the company as needed.
