Growing manufacturer is seeking a permanent Regional Sales Manager. This position is 100% remote, but must be located in either the state of Texas or Oklahoma. The Regional Sales Manager will manage the Texas and Oklahoma territory to achieve goals for profitable business growth.
The salary for this position is dependent on experience ranging from $80K to $125K depending on experience, plus commission, and other great benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:
- Proactively develop new accounts and contacts by identifying prospective customer requirements
- Maintain and grow existing accounts and drive incremental revenue opportunities
- Understand industry markets and the products that fit within them by account type
- Think strategically by seeing and synthesizing different sides of an issue, examining the full range of options and outcomes, and building intellectual frameworks to guide analysis and action
