In this role you will lead the planning, design, and optimization of workplace spaces, managing projects, data, and teams to create functional, sustainable, and collaborative environments.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in workplace planning, design, or space management, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with CAFM/AutoCAD, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

responsibilities:
- Plan and design new and existing workspaces-including lease renewals, new sites, and renovations-using best practices and design and furniture standards.
- Oversee space allocation for user groups to ensure optimal use of real estate and enhance collaboration, efficiency, and workflow.
- Lead and manage all design phases in partnership with project managers and the project delivery team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Partner with Occupancy Planners to maintain accurate space data within CAFM systems and deliver regular reporting on utilization and planning metrics.
- Develop diagrams, analytical reports, and visual presentations to support space programming and design initiatives.
- Create sustainable, flexible, and future-ready workspace layouts while staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
