responsibilities:
- Performs network, cloud, and security engineering in a structured environment.
- Implements cloud computing strategy and develops infrastructure diagrams/designs.
- Provides support for infrastructure, security, and application development.
- Engineers and administers the build and installation of computer and network infrastructure (hardware, servers, VMs).
- Controls network access and manages storage, firewall, and security settings.
- Expert knowledge, management, architecture, design, and engineering of network hardware, software, and Lenovo Think Systems storage.
- Develops, reviews, interprets, and proofreads comprehensive technical reports/manuals.
- Maintains and administers Active Directory Domain, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Member Servers.
- Maintains archival backups for Network Attached Storage (NAS) production server.
- Maintains NAS (updates and troubleshooting).
- Supports Servers, NAS, Lab Network, and client workstations.

- Setting up new domain users, maintaining/upgrading servers, archiving/restoring case files (tape library),
- Configuring forensic workstations, tracking/updating licenses,
- Installing/configuring hardware/software,
- Maintaining Antivirus software, working with Certified Forensic Computer Examiners (CFCEs),
- Designing complex network architecture, completing documentation/network mapping, s
- strong communication, and ability to testify in court.
- High school diploma.
- With 2-4 years experience in administrative support role or related activities.
