A Leader in steel building solutions is looking for their next Designer. This is a direct hire opportunity located in White Hall AR.
In this role, you will deliver structural design and modeling solutions that drive project coordination and client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be developing safe, efficient, and accurate member and connection designs, ensuring structural integrity for manufacturing and detailing. As a vital member of a high-performance team, you will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to meet critical deadlines while continuously expanding your technical expertise. This position is ideally suited for a recent engineering graduate eager to apply their passion for structural systems within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- 2 years of design experience
- Any steel experience preferred
- Design degree or Engineering degree

- Provides well utilized designs of members and connections for Detailing and Manufacturing that meet customer's requirements
- Assures building's structural integrity and safety
- Develops own basic product and procedure knowledge and improve technical knowledge
- Focuses on achieving department objective and profitability goals and continuous improvement as part of a high-performance work team
- Assures customer design service needs are met by meeting design schedules
- Collaborates with project teams to discuss problems and challenges and help create solutions to move forward in a cost effective and efficient manner
- Provides technical assistance to customers on specific projects
