An Electronic Lab Technician is needed for a multinational power management company in the Beaver, PA area. This role is for an Electronic Lab Technician who performs standardized electrical and mechanical testing (UL/IEC) to validate product safety, reliability, and certification.

responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and electrical testing to support product development, sustainment, and certification goals.
- Execute testing procedures in strict accordance with UL, CSA, IEC, and NEMA standards for electrical distribution products.
- Assemble products and configure complex test setups, including circuit configurations and vibration testing.
- Record and document accurate test data on standardized forms for engineering review and analysis.
- Conduct specialized procedures such as pre- and post-calibrations, dielectric testing, and thermal testing.
- Maintain, repair, and track laboratory test equipment and fixtures to ensure operational readiness.
- Manage multiple testing projects simultaneously to provide engineering teams with timely results.
- Support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and lead 5S initiatives to maintain lab efficiency.
- Collaborate with the technician pool to share technical knowledge and improve collective capabilities.
- Utilize computer software for detailed test documentation, data analysis, and status tracking.
- An associate degree in electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Technology from an accredited institution of higher learning is required.
- In addition, the levels of responsibility require 1-3 years of related technical experience.
