A Implementation Supervisor is needed for a multinational package delivery and supply chain management company in the Louisville, KY area. This job manages mid to large scale Helix Migration projects by leading cross functional teams through the full project lifecycle, including model development, domestic travel for onsite support, and the coordination of multiple workstreams to ensure successful customer transitions.

responsibilities:
- Supports mid to large scale Helix Migration projects involving single or multi-site implementations with multiple products and services.
- Analyzes customer solutions and migrations to ensure successful delivery for both the client and the company.
- Develops implementation models including deployment plans, scheduling, and project definitions.
- Manages communication strategies and user acceptance training for migration projects.
- Directs cross functional implementation teams and provides ongoing project management and reporting.
- Analyzes implementation plans, templates, and outcomes to identify lessons learned.
- Conducts post-implementation audits and manages regular client communications.
- Travels to domestic and potentially international locations to support specific account migrations.
- Holds regular meetings to review project status and ensures follow up on all action items.
- Collaborates closely with the Program Manager to align on project goals.
- Attends daily status meetings using Zoom to maintain project momentum.
- Utilizes project management tools to track and measure project success.
- Maintains proficiency in professional project management practices.
- Demonstrates experience in managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
