Direct Hire opportunity for a Plant Engineer with our client, a large food manufacturer/processor in the greater Raleigh, NC area (about an hour east). We're seeking someone with 5+ years of Maintenance Management who will lead a team in preventative/predictive maintenance, KPI tracking, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
This position provides a base salary, plus bonus incentive.

- 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership in a food manufacturing industry
- 5+ years leading a maintenance team, driving KPIs, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance
- 5+ years of evaluating overall equpment effectiveness (OEE), using CMMS systems such as SAP or another tool
- 2+ years of experience with equipment design and automation projects (PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical and electrical)
- Root Cause Analysis
