Detailed Job Overview:
Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical expert across CNC machining cells, providing training and mentorship to junior machinists and manufacturing assistants.
Process Ownership: Define machining processes, develop complex CNC programs using CAD/CAM (Mastercam, CamWorks, or SolidWorks CAM), and lead setup operations for new product introductions.
Advanced Production: Drive efficiency and quality across Mazak (Integrex/Variaxis) or Star Swiss platforms, ensuring all parts meet rigorous GD&T standards.
Quality & Documentation: Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and maintain detailed setup documentation and SOPs to ensure repeatable precision.
