Our client is a leader in the BioTech industry and they are seeking a Quality Technician who will be responsible for conducting testing procedures to ensure finished products conform to quality standards. This position is also responsible for maintaining quality systems.
The role requires a minimum of a High School Diploma and 1-3 years of related experience. Essential skills include a working knowledge of GMP/GDP, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel, and the ability to demonstrate cross-functional coordination and collaboration.
This role is for a 9-month contract
M-F: 7am -4pm

responsibilities:
- Quality System Maintenance: Conduct testing procedures to ensure finished products conform to quality standards and maintain related quality systems.
- Materials Inspection: Inspect and test all incoming purchased parts, materials, components, and equipment received from vendors or subcontractors.
- Procedure Compliance: Determine inspection methods and work from drawings, sketches, and specifications to verify quality.
- Nonconformance and Returns: Verify and log customer returns and nonconforming materials, supporting associated investigations.
- Measurement and Inventory Control: Monitor the accuracy of inspection measuring devices and manage inventory by maintaining the log and conducting monthly cycle counts
