responsibilities:
- Guide, train, and mentor onsite construction teams and Our Client's internal stakeholders to maintain a zero-incident safety culture.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments, generate safe work execution plans, and lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
- Collaborate with Our Client's cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust, highly efficient safety processes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with delivery timelines and partner with Subject Matter Experts to evaluate the safety impacts of new designs, materials, and construction methods.
