Right of Way Specialist needed to perform title research for Right of Way acquisition, relocation, and eminent domain in Bismarck ND. In joining a leading Engineering and Construction firm, you will work to ensure that large scale energy and utility construction projects are successful by facilitating land acquisitions, negotiations, property research, titles and surveys. 4 years of relevant experience is required.

responsibilities:
- Performing permitting activities, construction coordination, and restoration on Right of Way projects in a variety of locations.
- Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses.
- Translate data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database
- Provide knowledge of Right of Way acquisition and eminent domain on large construction projects
