Our client is seeking a Construction Manager in Mercer, PA to oversee a specialized utility plant expansion. This contract role requires a professional with mechanical expertise to manage the installation of chilled water systems and rooftop units. Candidates must pass a background check for facility clearance and be prepared for a consistent four-day, ten-hour work week schedule. Per diem a possiblity for this position.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of lighting and mechanical systems projects, including the build-out of a central utility plant.
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure strict adherence to OSHA, Federal, State, and Department of Corrections safety regulations.
- Oversee the installation of rooftop units and chilled water systems while proactively solving quality and site issues.
- Maintain excellent communication with project owners and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction on every job.
- Manage daily site operations and project documentation throughout the duration of the one-year contract.
