responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive testing for over-the-air (OTA) software updates, connected services, and data-acquisition features.
- Troubleshoot and debug across ECMs, telematics devices, OEM platforms, and cloud/backend systems.
- Develop custom scripts and automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and expand overall coverage.
- Deliver technical support to ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions from development through release.
- Document test results, manage test artifacts in a PLM system, and report progress to project managers following Agile practices.
